It has become somewhat popular to dye old mulch oneself to give it new life. However, while this might solve one eyesore, it can easily create another. What I mean is that the mulch colouring will also stain concrete, clothes and many other items. If you find that you have inadvertently stained your clothes, than here is a tip. Of course this is assuming that you were wearing rugged fabric and nothing delicate.
Pre-treat your stain with the product Pine-Sol. Rub it into the affected area and leave to sit for ten minutes and wash by itself in the washer machine. Once the cycle is complete, check to confirm the stain has gone. Then and only then can you go on to dry it. If the stain is still visible, repeat the process before drying it at all.
