Perhaps you have some ornaments that have seen better days, and could do with a little pick me up. Instead of struggling with the decision to get rid of them or continue to hold place them on the backside of the Christmas tree, improve them. In a short time you can give them a whole new appearance, and a life back in the holiday limelight.
Gather the downtrodden ornaments, a small paintbrush, white glue, a bowl and powdered glitter in an appropriate colour/colours. Coat each ornament with glue, and sprinkle glitter over them, while shaking off the excess into the bowl. Place them aside where they will be allowed to sit and dry, and then repeat to ensure a proper coating. Once they are finished, they need not necessarily be returned to the same spot they previously held, they may now be more suitable on a mantel, or as a table display. Their reflective quality will bring a new dimension to them, and after being banished to areas of concealment, they are undoubtedly ready to be oohed and ahhed over.
